Boneless vs. Bone-in

Still new to crockin’… I have a package of bone-in chicken breasts in the deep freeze that I need to use up. What, if anything, should I do differently than when I use boneless chicken?

What I would do is crock the chicken breast like it is a whole chicken. http://crockingirls.com/recipes/crock-a-chicken/
When it is done, you take it off the bone and shred it up. You can use the cooked chicken for so many different recipes like King Ranch Chicken, Angel Chicken, Chicken and Dumplings, or you can use it for chicken salad. The bones will fall apart so make sure you are thorough when taking off the meat. Use what you want and freeze the rest. Put some of the chicken broth with it so it does not dry out.
