I (along with MIL and 2 SIL) have to provide a breakfast for approx. 40 people, adults and children. I would like to find a recipe that can be prepared a night or two in advance. We camp at a relatives house so ovens are limited to two. I thought I could do something in my 18qt Nesco. Do you have any suggestions? Can I adapt any of the breakfast recipes on this site? Cooking times and temps? THANKS!!

WOW!! 40 people…that’s a lot!! You go girl!! Here’s an easy breakfast casserole with not a lot of fuss. I would just triple the recipe, since we normally make it in our 6 quart crock and not an 18…LOL :) Happy Crockin’ Campin’.

And this one is one of my absolute faves!! There are a few more ingredients involved, but it is deeelish! I LOVE it in the morning with a hot cup of coffee or after dinner with some ice cream :) ENJOY!

Many people love to make things at home and they did the regular cooking. The use of ideal good method results for such outcomes for need and perfect outcomes. Need for assignmentland is ordinary one for good outcomes.
