I LOVE all of the recipes on this site and in the cookbook; I haven’t found one yet that my family and I haven’t liked! My question is, what is the best way to figure out calories and other nutritional values for each of the recipes? Any ideas would be appreciated!! Thanks! :)

We found a very useful tool:
All you have to do is copy and paste the ingredients of the recipe and it figures out all the nutritional info for you. Most of our recipes serve 6-8.

Get a jump on the new year’s resolutions…woo hoo!
Those sliders are a favorite around our house. So easy and so good.

I belong to Myfitnesspal on the computer so What I do is go to the recipe section and write down everything that goes into the pot (by weight) and how many servings. It tells all the nutrients of the whole thing, then after it is finished cooking I divide it into that amount of servings.
