There are quite a few dessert recipes based on cake mix and fruit pie filling that look really yummy, and I would love to try some. But I’m crockin’ for one–making a week’s worth of dinners or lunches at a time–so anything I crock has to store well in a refrigerator or a freezer. Can I refrigerate or freeze these desserts in single-serving containers, or will they just turn into a soggy mess?
