Crockin' desserts–storing leftovers?

There are quite a few dessert recipes based on cake mix and fruit pie filling that look really yummy, and I would love to try some. But I’m crockin’ for one–making a week’s worth of dinners or lunches at a time–so anything I crock has to store well in a refrigerator or a freezer. Can I refrigerate or freeze these desserts in single-serving containers, or will they just turn into a soggy mess?

They will get a little soggy but still really good. I have done both freeze and refridgerate. Make sure you let it cool all the way before storing.

I’d be tempted to refrigerate the pie filling and cake mix crumble (separately) in covered dishes, then make a single serving in a Little Dipper crock. I find these desserts are really good when they’re warm and fresh, but get a little gooey/soggy when cold or stored.
