Leslie	My favorite holiday dish was sweet potato casserole until I made your ham with brown sugar and crushed pineapple for thanksgiving and now it has become my favorite:)

Kathy	My favorite Christmas dish is my mom’s chicken pie. Since I cook the ham on Christmas Eve, she makes chicken pies for Christmas day and they are so warm and comforting!

Lisa	Growing up my mother always made a salad that we affectionately called “Shea Salad” made with mini marshmallows, pineapple, mandarin oranges, coconut and sour cream. This was better than dessert to me. Now my children and granddaughter all ask that this salad be made for every family gathering! This will be a family recipe for many generations to come!
