Parmesan Chicken Recipe

The recipe in the cookbook calls for 2 C. parmesan cheese, divided, but there is 1 C. in the soup mixture and the 2nd cup is never mentioned. Help! I’m making it for dinner tonight!

Sorry girl! You pour the 2nd cup on top of everything for about the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Thanks!! This is the 5th or 6th recipe I have made from the cookbook and we have loved them all. I even bought one for our daughter and she is lovin’ it!

For the Parmesan chicken recipe, can I use brown rice instead of white? Should I change the time?

I do think that brown rice would work for this recipe. You might cook it closer to 6 hours rather than 4 hours. Let us know how it turns out.
