A Huttenga family favorite, this is yum-a-licious as a dessert, side, over ice cream, or even on waffles. Who doesn't love a little fruit with their waffles? Instead of syrup, crock some baked fruit to top your pancakes or waffles with, and don't forget to top the ice cream off after dinner too! We used a 6-quart slow cooker.

This was good, we used it on waffles the first night and ice cream the next night. Froze a portion of it and will see what happens when thawed. The house smells soooo good when this is cooking.
