Carolina Pulled Pork – Delicious and easy to make pulled pork

Ingredients

  • 2-4 Pounds pork butt
  • 2 oranges cut in half
  • 1 Cups cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoons pickling spice
  • 1 Can favorite beer
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1 Tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

  1. Step One

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover pork with water.

  2. Step Two

    Cook on high for 3-4 hours.

  3. Step Three

    Remove meat from slow cooker and shred.

  4. Step Four

    Add barbeque sauce and serve on a roll.
