Carolina Pulled Pork – Delicious and easy to make pulled pork
- 2-4 Pounds pork butt
- 2 oranges cut in half
- 1 Cups cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoons pickling spice
- 1 Can favorite beer
- 2 sliced onions
- 1 Tablespoons brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover pork with water.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Remove meat from slow cooker and shred.
Add barbeque sauce and serve on a roll.
