Country Ribs In Gravy - A delicious and easy to make recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Country style pork ribs
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 4 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground mustard
  • 1 Can Beef broth
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions

  1. Step One

    Place ribs in a slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.

  3. Step Three

    Cover and cook on high for 1 hour; reduce heat to low and cook 3-4 hours longer.

  4. Step Four

    Remove ribs to serving platter and keep warm.

  5. Step Five

    Thicken cooking liquid for gravy.

    Since we like it spicy, I added 1/4 Wing Sauce. Yummy!
