Old family recipe that is made every family reunion in West Virginia
This bean recipe is a long time family favorite in the Marwitz household. We hope you love it just as much as we do. Happy Crockin' Y'all!
Tip: Since this recipe does take some preparation, I cook the meat, chop the onion and the potatoes the night before. I put the potatoes in water so they don't get brown.
- 3 Cans Minestrone soup
- 1 Can Ranch style beans
- 1 Can Rotel
- 1 Can Whole kernel corn
- 1 1/2 Pounds Ground beef (cooked and drained)
- 3 Potatoes cubed
- 1 Onion chopped
Cook in slow cooker on low for 10 hours.
