Creamy Chicken and Potatoes - A tasty recipe for the slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 Teaspoons Poultry seasoning
  • 8 - 10 Small new (red) potatoes w/ peels
  • 1 Can Cream of chicken soup
  • 8 Ounces Sour cream

Directions

  1. Step One

    Sprinkle chicken with poultry seasoning and place in sprayed slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Arrange potatoes around chicken.

  3. Step Three

    Combine soup, sour cream, and a good amount of pepper in bowl.

  4. Step Four

    Spoon over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

    I always make this with frozen. I just cook it for the full 6 hrs.

    I just cut up the potatoes, throw them in and leave the chicken as breasts.

    This is one of my favorite recipes. Could I replace the chicken witht butterfly pork chops? Would I add them later since they cook quicker?

    I’ve never made this one before but it sounds great. Do I shred up the chicken and cut up the potatoes after its cooked? What about throwing some cheese in, as well? Thanks!

    we loved it! I doubled the sour cream and cream of chicken soup as my chicken breasts were huge and i added more potatoes..

    SURE, Julie. But I would add the yogurt when it’s done crockin’ and let it soak in with everything else for about 5 minutes before you start eating it. ENJOY!
