Creamy Italian Chicken – A tasty recipe for the slow cooker.


  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 (8-oz.) Package Cream Cheese -Cut up
  • 1/2 Stick butter - Cut up
  • 1 Package Dry Good Seasons Italian Dressing


  1. Step One

    Place chicken in slow cooker, place cream cheese and butter all over top of chicken and sprinkle with italian dressing packet.

  2. Step Two

    Cook on low 6-7 hours or on high 4 hours.

    This was so amazing!! I served it with roasted red potatoes, onions and carrots that I seasoned with the same dry Italian dressing mix and they were awesome with the creamy chicken. I also used frozen chicken breast and it all turned out perfect!

    You can use either one, Camey! If frozen, you may just have to crock just a little longer.

    The marinated artichokes sound like a really good addition. Sounds like you had the consistency of an alfredo sauce…yummo!

    I made this a couple of weeks ago to rave reviews! I did modify it a little bit. I removed the chicken after it was cooked, whisked the butter and cream cheese together, and whisked in cream to create a nice sauce. It was a hit! (Plus, I got to use up some leftover cream.) I am making it for dinner tonight, and I am going to throw in some leftover marinated artichoke hearts.
