Don't come between Nicole and her mud pie - this was a constant craving during her pregnancy so naturally she converted the favorite recipe for the slow cooker. The gooey, chewy cake is great dessert for any day of the week.
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 Cup Cocoa
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 Cups chopped pecans
- cooking spray
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon.
Spray the inside of the crock really well and pour batter in.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours. Serve warm with toppings desired. Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Syrup or Chopped Pecans
