Garlic Chicken Thighs – Delicious recipe made in the slow cooker
Pair this with brimming bowlfuls of your favorite crackers and watch it disappear in record time.
- 6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts (I use them whole but you can cut them up into bite size pieces and even brown them in the garlic and a little oil if you like)
- 2 (large) Jars Picante sauce or salsa
- A few crushed garlic cloves (to your taste)
Cook all in the slow cooker on high for several hours or low all day before serving.
Mix in a large container of sour cream (I use reduced fat).
Serve over rice (we like brown rice).
