Beef comes out so tender and the kiddos will love getting to pick their own toppings! Try the Game Day Chicken Tacos Too!...
I know lamb isn’t as popular in the States as it is elsewhere in the world, but I happen to love it, so I’m always on the lookout for good recipes...
Hungarian Goulash – recipe made in slow cooker
- 6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts (I use them whole but you can cut them up into bite size pieces and even brown them in the garlic and a little oil if you like)
- 2 (large) Jars Picante sauce or salsa
- A few crushed garlic cloves (to your taste)
Cook all in the slow cooker on high for several hours or low all day before serving.
Mix in a large container of sour cream (I use reduced fat).
Serve over rice (we like brown rice).
