Rosemary Garlic Beef – simple to make in a slow cooker
1 2 1/2 to 3 lbs of Boneless Chicken Breast 1 Can of Cream Soup (I use Cream of Chicken) 12 ounces of Salsa (I use Mild) 1 pkg. of Taco Seasoning Mix 1 to 1...
- 6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts (I use them whole but you can cut them up into bite size pieces and even brown them in the garlic and a little oil if you like)
- 2 (large) Jars Picante sauce or salsa
- A few crushed garlic cloves (to your taste)
Cook all in the slow cooker on high for several hours or low all day before serving.
Mix in a large container of sour cream (I use reduced fat).
Serve over rice (we like brown rice).
