Slow Cooked BBQ Pork for Pork Sandwiches – Delicious recipe for the slow cooker


  • 1 Can (14 ounce) Beef broth
  • 3 Pounds Boneless pork ribs or pork shoulder
  • 1 (18 ounce) Bottle Sweet Baby Ray's barbeque sauce
  • 6 - 8 Hamburger Buns


  1. Step One

    Pour can of beef broth into slow cooker, and add pork

  2. Step Two

    Cook on High heat for 4 hours, or until meat shreds easily

  3. Step Three

    Remove meat, and shred with two forks. It will seem that it's not working right away, but it will

  4. Step Four

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

  5. Step Five

    Transfer the shredded pork to a Dutch oven or iron skillet, and stir in barbeque sauce

  6. Step Six

    Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through

  7. Step Seven

    Serve on buns

    Can you make it without any broth i have pork and i have bbq sauce ?

    I do all the above except I use a can of COKE instead of the beef broth and once I shred it, I just return it to the crock pot and add the barbeque sauce and let it stay on warm for 20 mins. DELICOUS
