Overnight Slow Cooked Oatmeal – A delicious recipe for the slow cooker.
The yummy tang of fresh cranberries combines with savory cinnamon and ginger to make a completely delicious fall crockin' meal!
Super easy to make and so delicious! All it takes is ramen noodles, shredded cabbage, almonds, white wine vinegar, and sugar.
Zucchini Cobbler – Reciper made with slow cooker
- 8 Cups Zuchinni, peeled and cut
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Can Pineapple
- 1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
Mix the zucchini, pineapple with 1/2 the juice from the can (I use all when baking in the oven), 1/2 the brown sugar, cinnamon. Just toss to get the mixture spread over the zucchini evenly.
Pour into the slow cooker (sprayed mine w/Pam 1st), then sprinkle the top with the dry cake mix, the melted butter and the rest of the brown sugar.
Cook on low 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
